Housewives Workout Plan is for all housewives that want to keep or get the perfect shape. This is a thirty minute program designed to burn fat and increase strength, from the comfort of your home. This workout plan is done by what is called the round system, which means this can be done in a much shorter time span. You will only need 30 minutes to set aside. For this plan you will need two telephone books or two 2-3 pound weights. this is not for those that are very out of shape, or those that never workout before. This workout plan is a challenge but don't you quit.

Round 1) jumping jacks, for three minutes.

Round 2) curls, for two minutes standing up.

Round 3) sit ups, for one minute (any type of crunch or sit up will do).

Rest one minute.

Round 4) Jumps, for three minutes (jumping up and down for as high as you can).

Round 5) Press, for two minutes (press the weights or phone books from shoulder to over your head).

Round 6) curls, for two minutes standing up.

Round 7) Jumps, for three minutes (jumping up and down for as high as you can).

Rest for one minute.

Round 8) Push ups, for one minute.

Round 9) sit ups, for one minute (any type of crunch or sit up will do).

Round 10) jumping jacks, for three minutes.

Round 11) push ups, for one minute.

Round 12) steps or knee highs, for three minutes (run up and down a flight of stairs or running in place bringing your knees as high as possible).
