Celebrity workout routine is for those that are already in fairly good shape, but desire to get to the next level in tip top shape. Although this was Annie Farris workout routine at the age of 32 she is the exceptional this is likely for those still in their early to mid twenties. So before beginning this workout make sure you are already in fairly good shape and take a good look at this routine before starting. You will need the following: 1 pound or 3 pound dumbbells, 1 heavy bag or a bed, and stairs.So now let's begin with the celebrity workout routine.
1) Three minutes of jumping jacks, rest for one minute.
2) Three minutes of pushup without stopping if possible, if not stop and go for three minutes rest for one minute.
3) One minute of situps rest for one minute.
4) Three minutes of heavy bag or lie on your bed face down, push yourself up while your knees are still on the bed (you are now in the pushup from your knees position) now pouch your bed fast and hard as you can (left right left right) be very careful that you do not twist your wrist. rest for one minute.
5) Run up and down a flight of stairs for 3 minutes, rest for one minute.
6) Repeat step #4 heavy or bed, rest for one minute.
7) Repeat step #4 heavy or bed, rest for one minute.
8) Run up and down a flight of stairs for 3 minutes, rest for one minute.
9) Three minutes of pushup without stopping if possible, if not stop and go for three minutes rest for one minute.
10) repeat step #4 heavy or bed, rest for one minute.
11) Run up and down a flight of stairs for 3 minutes, rest for one minute.
12) Three minutes of pushup without stopping if possible if not stop and go for three minutes rest for one minute.
13) Repeat step #4 heavy or bed, rest for one minute.
14) Shadow bow with 1 pound or 3 pound dumbbells, rest for one minute.
15) Three minutes of jumping jacks, rest for one minute.
cool off by stretch as you would normally for at least 10 minutes.
